All Giardino Igloos are fitted with radiators, and our team also has blankets and warm cherry-stone hot water bottles ready for you. Even so, it’s worth packing a warm jumper.

Our Giardino Igloo is ideal for eight people; it’s the perfect place to get together with friends, family and acquaintances. True to the motto ‘sharing is caring’, you can enjoy a fine dinner with your favourite people, raise a glass to life and experience a wonderful evening in an extraordinary setting. We’ll look after you with warm hospitality.

Bookings are only possible for groups of six or more. Our Giardino Igloo is designed for small groups – friends, family and acquaintances. It’s the best venue six to eight of your favourite people could choose for a cosy and enjoyable evening. So why not let your family and friends know in your group chats that you’ve found the perfect place for an evening together? It’s well worth it!

It may happen that someone has to cancel at short notice. We’re very sorry to hear that, but we’re sure you’ll find a suitable replacement. If not, you can cancel your Giardino Igloo booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the booking date.

We regret this, as we will have already put a great deal of effort into organising everything to ensure you have the perfect evening with us. We therefore reserve the right to charge the booked menu price per person who does not attend. We always base our calculations on a minimum of six people per Giardino Igloo. (Example: You have booked the Giardino Igloo for seven people; five turn up, two do not. In that case, we will charge for six menus for the evening.)

Should your entire group need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible on +41 (0)31 339 52 65. We will then try to reallocate your Giardino Igloo at short notice. If we succeed, we will waive the cancellation fee. However, if this is not possible, we will have to charge the full cancellation fee of CHF 50 per person to the credit card on file. (Example: You have booked the Giardino Igloo for six people. In that case, the cancellation fee is CHF 300.) This is to cover costs we have already incurred.

You can book any available Giardino igloos online up to 24 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, simply give us a call on +41 (0)31 339 52 65. Otherwise, it’s worth popping in on the spur of the moment – there might still be an igloo free for you.
