US band THE HOOTERS are celebrating their 45th anniversary in 2025 with a summer tour under the motto "45 Alive". Tickets for the concerts will go on sale in the coming days.

In 2023, the band released the album "Rocking & Swing", which picks up on their beginnings in the 80s with ska, reggae and rock influences. Highlights of the album include songs recorded for the first time from the band's early club concerts.
The success story began in 1983 with the independent album "Amore", which contained the hit "All You Zombies". From the mid-80s, THE HOOTERS enjoyed international success with songs such as "Johnny B" and "Satellite" and shared the stage with stars such as U2, The Police and Bryan Adams.
After a break in 1995, the band members dedicated themselves to solo projects before returning in the 2000s with a new line-up and great success in Europe. Today, THE HOOTERS tour regularly and are still extremely popular with their fans.
