We are a founding member of the city of Bern's “Climate Platform”, which has advocated for a significant reduction in CO2 emissions since 2006.
We carried out a comprehensive energy consumption analysis in 2016 and subsequently defined and implemented numerous measures that have allowed us to cut our consumption by 598,500 kWh per year. We want to be clear, transparent and quantifiable.
We have been Green Key-certified since September 2024 and are monitored and audited by myclimate and United Against Waste. We have achieved Level III (Leading) with Swisstainable and have been awarded the ‘Green Living’ label by HotellerieSuisse. With the Green Key certification, we have realised ACCOR's goal of all hotels being eco-certified by 2026 at a very early stage.
