The best way to start the day

Are you ready to start the day with our sumptuous breakfast buffet in Bern? Start the day with freshly baked croissants, crusty bread and fluffy rolls from Bernese bakeries. These are accompanied by savoury charcuterie, homemade jams and honey from the Kursaal bees. Omelettes and scrambled eggs come straight from the pan to your plate as ordered. Of course, coffee, tea and fruit juices are not to be missed. And all à discrétion.

Healthy and refined

If breakfast is a must, can you at least make it healthy? No problem. Choose healthy, light and even lactose-free dishes from our Vitality range. Try our muesli varieties and add some fresh fruit and possibly an egg for your protein intake.

No matter what you choose, one thing is certain: our breakfast is the perfect start to your day.

Our commitment

We are committed to combating food waste. We have now taken things a step further and adopted the Food Save principle, i.e. rescuing perfectly good food that is not suitable for retail. This food usually either comes from overproduction or does not meet retailers' standards with regard to shape or size and would otherwise be destroyed.
