Our commitment

We purchase local, seasonal ingredients and products, and focus on gentle preparation and cooking techniques. Our menus and buffets are tailored to your wishes and preferences, and we are happy to make them vegetarian or vegan. Help us combat food waste: we will be happy to set out containers for leftovers on the banquet tables at our buffets. You and your guests can take home anything that's left easily and conveniently.
And we do even more: in 2023, we saved 3.5 tonnes of overproduced or substandard food that would otherwise have been destroyed. For example, we turned tomatoes into long-life sauces and plums and raspberries into jam.
