Trout in wax

We attach great importance to the regional origin of the ingredients on our menu. With this signature dish, in which we cook a trout from Rubigen in the wax of our own bees, we show you what we mean by that.

Romance meets cuisine

We offer our guests a culinary experience at the Giardino Restaurant & Bar. The trout is doused with hot wax directly under the guest's eyes and then cooked in the kitchen for twenty minutes. As soon as the trout is perfectly cooked, it is removed from the wax and served. A feast for the eyes and an unrivalled culinary experience.
