Rooftop Igloo

All rooftop igloos are equipped with radiators and our team also has blankets and warm cherry stone pillows ready for you. Nevertheless, it is worth packing a warm jumper.

Our Rooftop Igloo is ideal for eight people. We have eight Igloos and can welcome 64 people per evening. The Rooftop Igloos are the perfect meeting place for friends, family and acquaintances. True to the motto "sharing is caring", you can dine with your favourite people, toast to life and experience a wonderful evening in an extraordinary location. We will look after you with warm hospitality.

Reservations are only possible for groups of six or more. Our Rooftop Igloo is designed for small groups - friends, family and acquaintances. The best location that six to eight favourite people can choose for a cosy and enjoyable evening. So post in your family and friend chats that you have found the perfect place for an evening together. It's worth it!

It can happen that someone has to cancel at short notice. We find this a great pity, but we are sure that you will find a suitable replacement. If not, you can cancel your Rooftop Igloo reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the reservation.

We regret this, as we have already organised a great deal to ensure that you have the perfect evening with us. We therefore take the liberty of charging the booked menu price per cancelled person. We always calculate with at least six people per Rooftop Igloo. (Example: You have booked the Rooftop Igloo for seven people, five come, two don't turn up. Then we charge for six menus in the evening).

If your entire group has to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible on +41 (0)31 339 52 42 and we will try to rebook your Rooftop Igloo at short notice. If this is successful, we will waive the cancellation fee. However, if this does not work, we will have to charge the full cancellation fee of CHF 50 per person to the credit card on file. (Example: You have reserved the Rooftop Igloo for six people. Then the cancellation fee is CHF 300). This is to cover the costs we have already incurred.

You can book any available Rooftop Igloos online up to 24 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, simply call us on +41 (0)31 339 52 42. Otherwise, it's worth following us on Instagram, Rooftop Bern. Here we always post Igloos that have become available at short notice.

Both the concept and the menu of the Rooftop Igloos are designed for adults. For families with children, we recommend our Mediterranean restaurant Giardino Restaurant & Bar or the Asian Dream Buffet (with chocolate fountain for dessert) in our Asian restaurant Yù.
