Rooftop Igloo

All Igloos are equipped with radiators, and our team has blankets and cherry seed cushions for you. Nevertheless, it's worth packing a warm jumper.

Our Rooftop Igloo is ideal for eight people. We have eight Igloos and can welcome 64 guests per evening. The Rooftop Igloos are the perfect place to get together with friends, family and acquaintances. In line with the motto “sharing is caring”, you can dine with your favourite people, toast to life and experience a wonderful evening in an exceptional location. We take care of you with our warm hospitality.

Reservations are only possible for groups of six or more. Our Rooftop Igloo is designed for small groups – friends, family and acquaintances. The best location to pick for a cosy and enjoyable evening with your six to eight favourite people. So post in your family and friends group chat that you've found the perfect place for an evening together. It's worth it!

Sometimes people have to cancel at short notice. That's always a shame, but we are sure you will find a suitable replacement. If not, you can cancel your Rooftop Igloo reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before.

We regret that, as we have already organised a lot so that you can enjoy the perfect evening with us. We therefore reserve the right to charge the booked menu price per cancelled person. We always expect to serve at least six guests per Rooftop Igloo. (Example: You have reserved the Rooftop Igloo for seven people, five come, and two do not attend. Then we charge for six meals that evening.)

If you have to cancel your entire group booking, please contact us as soon as possible on +41 31 339 52 42. In this case, we will endeavour to pass on your Rooftop Igloo reservation to someone else at short notice. If this is successful, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, if this doesn't work out, we will have to charge the full cancellation fee of CHF 80.00 per person to the credit card on file. (Example: You have reserved the Rooftop Igloo for six people. In this case, the cancellation fee is CHF 480.00.) This in order to cover the costs we have already incurred.

You can reserve any Rooftop Igloos available online up to 24 hours in advance. For reservations at even shorter notice, simply call us on +41 31 339 52 42. It's also worth following our Instagram account Rooftop Bern. Here, we always post Igloos that have become available at short notice.

Both the concept and the menu of the Rooftop Igloos are designed for adults. For families with children, we recommend our Mediterranean Restaurant Giardino Restaurant & Bar or the Asian Dream Buffet (with chocolate fountain for dessert) at our Asian Restaurant Yù.
