The menu at the Rooftop Grill pays homage to the diversity of barbecuing. Whether it's juicy beef bavette from Swiss Black Angus, tender pork secreto from Pata Negra "Bellota" or the impressive 900g tomahawk steak - meat fans will get their money's worth. Fish lovers will also be delighted by the grilled trout from Rubigen.
For vegetarian and vegan guests, we offer creative alternatives such as the planted steak or the grilled glazed radish. The vegan loaded fries with chilli sin carne and homemade vegan cheese sauce are a must for anyone who loves plant-based indulgence.

In the open kitchen at the grill and at the smoker of the Rooftop Grill, they work with passion, precision and genuine enjoyment of the dishes. The fresh and partly regional ingredients, the creative preparation and the grill flavour characterise every BBQ dish: from perfectly grilled steaks to lovingly arranged vegetables.
A special highlight of the kitchen: the Rooftop Burger3. With its spicy beef patty, egg, bacon and onion confit, caramelised onions, chive mayonnaise and cheese sauce in a crispy brioche bun, it is a real star on the menu. Juicy, flavourful and perfect to the point - that's the taste of a burger on our roof terrace.

The Rooftop Grill on our roof terrace is divided into two areas:
Lounge area: Ideal for a spontaneous aperitif or sundowner. Here you can enjoy drinks and dishes from the snack menu on cosy lounge furniture without having to make a reservation.
Restaurant area: For a relaxed dinner with a view of the city, we recommend you make a table reservation. A varied selection of grilled specialities awaits you here.
