The power of volcanic soils

In Terlan, red porphyry rocks of volcanic origin characterise the landscape and give the wines their impressive structure and freshness. Cantina Terlan focuses on long-lasting, multi-layered white wines: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Patience and the pursuit of perfection characterise their mineral, complex white wines. This is also evidenced by the outstanding ratings that the Cantina has received year after year at international level. The historically grown "Terlaner" cuvée epitomises the identity of the estate.

Lime ingeniously interpreted

In Andriano, quartz porphyry meets dolomite and limestone, creating unique soils for wines with a strong character. Cantina Andriano utilises this terroir to produce elegant, multi-layered wines with a cool style and precise fruit. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc thrive particularly well here, while Pinot Noir, Merlot and Lagrein take centre stage among the red wines. With a deep understanding of the interplay of location, soil and climate, wines are created here that allow us to taste their origins - a masterful interpretation of lime.

We will present the menu and the wines to you a few weeks before the event.
